Amazing pix. Spotted 3 playing together in the sun on Thursday morning 21st Feb. First sighting in 20 years of living around the Ribble (actually a Londoner!)
Could be the same 3? But I reckon we're doing pretty well for otters around Ribble & Hodder at the moment. I'm an otterholic to be fair and am on constant look out for signs and tracks. Definitely an increase in footprints, spraints in last 6 months or so (all over the ribble catchment) Great treat to see them on a river in broad daylight though.
